Our sales co-ordinator is a specialist member of staff who co-ordinates with all other parties involved in the transaction, such as solicitors, building societies, mortgage brokers, surveyors and any other estate agents if a chain is involved. All this work is done for you at no extra charge! She will keep you updated on a regular basis with the progress of your sale.
