Competition Results!

During the month of December 2008 – Jonathan Waters Estate Agents ran a competition which encouraged homeowners to place their properties on the market in order to have a chance to win back their estate agency fees if a successful sales completes, saving at least £1700.

The house owner names were placed in a hat and on December 31st at 4.30pm local solicitor Kem Masinbo-Amobi picked out Mr & Mrs Hickman of Woodbridge Road who were really thrilled to be the winners.  Jonathan Waters will now be working hard to find a buyer for them so that they can reap the benefits of winning the prize.
