So does does it work?

Here's how to log in to the Jonathan Waters mobile web site in 3 easy steps.

Step 1: Open your smart phone internet browser.

Step 2 Type in: www.jonathanwaters.co.uk/mobile/ to the address bar and press the go button.

Step 3 Either type in a street name to find a specific property you are interested in, or click 'Property Search' to search for properties within a specified price bracket / by number of bedrooms.

Finally, for easier future browsing, bookmark the Jonathan Waters web site. To do this, whilst on the mobile site homepage, click on 'Add bookmark' or 'Favourites' option from your phone's menu. Then next time you log on, simply select the Jonathan Waters link from your bookmarks/favourites menu to resume your property search.

Is it as informative as the main web site

The mobile site contains all of our current properties for sale and it includes the same information and pictures for each property that are displayed on the main site. For each house, flat or bungalow for sale, you can view property features, room sizes, photo gallery, floor-plan and a map showing the property's location.

The mobile site does not however contain all of our articles and guides that the main web site holds. It focuses solely on properties for sale. I've seen a property whilst out for a drive with my partner. How do I find it on my mobile?

The easiest way is to type in the road name that the property is on into your mobile device. This will bring up all properties in that street. You should then be able to identify it by looking at the image of the front of the property or reading its description.

Is there a charge for using this service?

Jonathan Waters Estate Agents do not charge for this service. Charges from your phone for accessing the Internet will vary. Please check with your mobile phone operator if you are not on an all inclusive data contract.

Can I stay informed of new properties without having to log on to the mobile site every day?

Yes. Simply register with Jonathan Waters Estate Agents – and we will send you regular property updates by email or text. You can then log in to either our main web site, or mobile site to view any you are interested in.
